The intake valve slices are distributed in a three-dimensional space, which increases the intake flow area of the valve slices, so the flow velocity between the valves is reduced and the resistance coefficient is increased, the volumetric efficiency is increased, and energy consumption is reduced.

The intake and exhaust valves adopt reed valves, strip-shaped valve plates, and an elastic beam fixed at one end can be opened and closed infinitely, without friction, with small clearance volume, and has good dynamic performance and reliability.

 

 

To ensure the safety of the lubrication system, the main engine is equipped with a low-oil level switch that monitors the oil level in real time and automatically shuts down if the oil level is low, preventing damage.

 

The unit features automatic pressure control: it automatically starts when the gas source pressure falls below a set value and automatically shuts down when it exceeds the set pressure. This not only ensures a continuous gas supply but also effectively reduces energy consumption.

 

Furthermore, the unit's modular design allows users to flexibly combine multiple units to meet their needs, doubling gas production and providing greater convenience and flexibility.

 

The big and small ends of the connecting rod of the main engine adopt special bearings, which have super strong load capacity, low friction power consumption and long service life.

 

The unit adopts an air-cooled cooling system, equipped with high-efficiency intermediate and after-coolers. The whole machine has a compact structure, low speed and stable performance. The oil level of the main engine is equipped with a low oil level switch protection system, which detects the oil level in time, and shuts down immediately for protection in case of oil shortage.
