Structural characteristics
The structure is composed of an intake tubular valve and an exhaust valve. Its main features are: the airflow passes through the inner cavity of the intake tubular valve and flows along the tangential direction of the valve plate, which is similar to a straight line. The impact of the airflow on the valve plate and the flow resistance are greatly reduced. Therefore, the noise is low and the life is long.
Description of Features
The air valve, a core component of the air compressor, utilizes SOLLANT's patented modular design, ensuring high efficiency and an exceptionally long service life. The entire unit comes with a two-year warranty.
The unit is equipped with shock-resistant pressure gauges and safety valves between each stage. When system pressure exceeds the set value, it automatically releases pressure, ensuring safe operation.
The control system utilizes a no-load, zero-pressure start mechanism: During startup, the intake port is rapidly closed within seconds by a diaphragm valve, and the drain and exhaust valves open simultaneously, ensuring no residual pressure within the system and effectively preventing the motor from starting under load.
The cooling system is air-cooled, equipped with a high-efficiency intercooler and aftercooler, resulting in a more compact unit structure, low operating speed, and stable and reliable performance.
Automatic control of unit pressure: when the air supply pressure is lower than the set value, the unit starts automatically; when the air supply pressure reaches the set value, the unit automatically stops. When ensuring the user's gas supply, the energy consumption is reduced.
The unit adopts a modular design, which is convenient to form multiple units, which doubles the gas production and is convenient for users to choose.
