This structure, comprised of both intake and exhaust valves, offers the following notable features:

1. Airflow through the intake valve cavity follows a tangential path along the valve plate, creating a nearly straight path. This effectively reduces impact force and flow resistance on the valve plate. This design not only reduces operating noise but also extends valve life.
2. The three-dimensional distribution of the intake valve disc significantly increases the area of the intake passage, thereby reducing air velocity between the valves and resistance, improving volumetric efficiency, and significantly reducing energy consumption.
3. Both the intake and exhaust valves utilize a reed-type strip valve disc structure with a fixed elastic beam design at one end, enabling stepless opening and closing. Frictionless operation and minimal clearance volume ensure excellent dynamic response and operational reliability.

The air valve is the heart of the air compressor. The air valve adopts a patented combined air valve. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and long life, and the warranty is 2 years.

The shock-resistant pressure gauge and safety valve device are equipped between the unit stages, which can be automatically discharged in case of overpressure to ensure safety.

The control method for the unit to ensure no-load zero-pressure start: there is no diaphragm valve at the suction port, the suction port is closed within a few seconds when starting, and the sewage and exhaust valves are all opened when starting/stopping to ensure that the internal pressure is zero and the motor does not will start with the load.

The unit features automatic pressure control: it automatically starts when the gas source pressure falls below a set value and automatically shuts down when it exceeds the set pressure. This not only ensures a continuous gas supply but also effectively reduces energy consumption.

Furthermore, the unit's modular design allows users to flexibly combine multiple units to meet their needs, doubling gas production and providing greater convenience and flexibility.
