Structural characteristics
This structure, consisting of intake and exhaust valves, offers the following key features: After passing through the intake manifold valve chamber, air flows in a nearly straight line along the valve chamber's tangent, significantly reducing airflow impact and flow resistance, thereby effectively reducing noise and extending valve life.
The intake valve's internal vertical space distribution design expands the flow area, increases valve chamber flow and resistance coefficient, and enhances intake capacity, further improving volumetric efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Both the intake and exhaust valves utilize a reed valve and strip valve structure with a fixed elastic beam, enabling frictionless opening and closing with minimal clearance. As a result, SAUER's patented combination valve exhibits excellent dynamic response and high reliability.
Description of Features
The air valve is the heart of the air compressor. The air valve adopts a patented combined air valve. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and long life, and the warranty is 2 years.
The unit adopts an air-cooled cooling system, equipped with high-efficiency intermediate and after-coolers. The whole machine has a compact structure, low speed and stable performance. The oil level of the main engine is equipped with a low oil level switch protection system, which detects the oil level in time, and shuts down immediately for protection in case of oil shortage.
The control system utilizes a no-load, zero-pressure start mechanism: During startup, the intake port is rapidly closed within seconds by a diaphragm valve, and the drain and exhaust valves open simultaneously, ensuring no residual pressure within the system and effectively preventing the motor from starting under load.
