The main parts of diaphragm compressor are organic matter, cylinder, piston assembly, diaphragm assembly, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, bearing, packing, air valve, etc.
(1) Main body
The main body of diaphragm compressor is the basic component of compressor positioning, generally composed of three parts: fuselage, intermediate body and crankcase (frame). Each moving part is installed in the body, and the driving parts are positioned and guided. The crankcase memory lubricates the oil, external connection cylinder, motor and other devices. During operation, the main body must withstand the air pressure and inertia force of the piston and moving parts, and transfer its own weight and all or part of the weight of the compressor to the base.
(2) Cylinder
The cylinder is an important component of compressed gas in the compressor. Due to its high air pressure, variable heat exchange direction and complex structure, it has high technical requirements.
(3) Piston assembly
The piston assembly of the diaphragm compressor consists of piston, piston ring, piston rod (or piston pin) and other parts. The piston and cylinder constitute the compression space. The reciprocating motion of the piston assembly is transmitted to the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm group through the hydraulic oil in the cylinder to complete the gas compression cycle in the cylinder.
(4) Diaphragm group
The diaphragm system of the diaphragm compressor is a three-layer structure: the two outer diaphragms are barrier layers, and the middle diaphragm provides a release path through a fixed O-ring. At the same time, the cylinder is divided into a hydraulic oil chamber and a working gas chamber. The diaphragm is usually made of rubber, plastic or metal. Most diaphragm compressor diaphragms are made of metal materials.
(5) Valve
The diaphragm compressor valve is a component used to control the intake and exhaust cylinders. It automatically opens and closes under the action of pressure difference and elastic force, so it is called an automatic action valve. The air valve is usually composed of a valve body, a valve disc and a spring. The air valve is one of the most important components on the compressor that directly affects the operation. It is divided into an intake (intake) valve and an exhaust (exhaust) valve.
(6) Connecting rod
The connecting rod of the diaphragm compressor can be divided into two types according to its large head structure: split connecting rod and integral connecting rod.
(7) Crankshaft
The crankshaft structure uses a split connecting rod, and the big end and crank pin are fixed by connecting rod bolts during assembly. The integral connecting rod is used in eccentric crankshaft structures. Because the stroke of the eccentric crankshaft structure is twice the eccentricity, the integral connecting rod is limited to small refrigeration compressors. The integral connecting rod structure is simple and easy to install. The split connecting rod matches the crank pin of the crankshaft and can be used in refrigeration compressors with long strokes. The big end of the connecting rod is inlaid with a thin-walled bearing bushing to improve its wear resistance.
