1. Regular filter element replacement: The filter element is a key component that filters impurities and grease from the air. Regular replacement prevents excessive accumulation of contaminants that can affect machine performance. It is recommended to replace the filter element after the first 500 hours of operation, and then every 1500-2000 hours thereafter.

2. Regularly check the oil quality: The oil in a screw air compressor must be clean and have the correct viscosity. Regularly check the oil quality and replace it promptly to ensure proper operation.

3. Maintain the lubrication system: The lubrication system of a screw air compressor is crucial for ensuring proper operation. Regularly check the lubrication system's condition and add or replace the lubricant as needed.
