Insufficient flow will overload the adsorbent and reduce drying efficiency.
2. Ambient Temperature Control: The installation temperature should be ≤ 38°C. High temperatures will reduce adsorbent performance. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, a cooling system or a high-temperature-resistant model should be installed.
3. Avoid Vibration Sources: The equipment should be located away from vibration sources such as air compressors. Vibration-damping pads should be installed on the foundation to prevent adsorbent breakage.
II. Operating Parameter Optimization
1. Regeneration Cycle Setting:
- Heatless Regeneration Model: The regeneration time is typically 5-10 minutes, and the cycle is automatically adjusted based on the humidity sensor (the dew point must be maintained below -40°C).
- Micro-heat regeneration type: Low regeneration energy consumption, recommended heating temperature 120-180°C (refer to "Technical Specifications for Compressed Air Dryers" GB/T 10893).
2. Pressure loss monitoring: Normal differential pressure should be less than 0.5 bar. If it exceeds 1 bar, check for filter blockage or adsorbent compaction.
III. Maintenance Key Points
1. Regular adsorbent replacement:
- Activated alumina: Approximately 3-5 years service life. Replace if the dew point remains above -20°C.
- Molecular sieve: Longer life (5-8 years), but higher cost. Suitable for ultra-low dew point requirements (below -70°C).
